Eighteen years on these routes.
HornTravel started as a ticketing desk in Hargeisa, and tickets are still the heart of it. It grew because people kept asking us to solve the next part of the journey.

A regional agency, not a global reseller
Global booking sites treat this region as an afterthought. Routes are missing, prices are wrong, and when something breaks at midnight there is nobody who understands the local reality.
We built HornTravel the other way round — starting from the routes people here actually fly, the airlines that actually serve them, and the embassies whose stamp actually decides whether the trip happens.
That local knowledge is the product. Anyone can show you a fare. Knowing which connection will hold, which airline reroutes you without a fight, and which embassy wants the bank statement stamped — that is the part that saves you money.
Four rules we do not bend
Say the real timeline
An optimistic answer helps nobody. If a visa will take eight weeks, we say eight weeks — then we work to beat it rather than explain it away.
Own the whole chain
We do not hand your booking to a partner and stop answering. If a hotel or an airline fails you at the far end, that is still our problem to fix.
Refuse the wrong job
Some routes are not safe and some applications will not succeed. We will tell you so and lose the booking rather than take the money.
Answer as people
Every client has a named agent. You will not explain your situation twice to two different departments.
From one desk to six services
Opened in Hargeisa
Two desks, one phone line and a ticketing agreement with a single regional carrier.
Hotels and packages
Clients kept asking us to book the rest of the trip, so we started arranging accommodation and full itineraries.
Visa desk opened
A dedicated team for embassy paperwork, after too many clients were refused over avoidable document errors.
Pilgrimage licensing
Licensed Hajj and Umrah operations, with group leaders trained in-house.
Six services, one team
Tickets, hotels, tours, visas, pilgrimage and support under a single operation across twelve countries.

Work with people who know the route.
Whether it is one seat to Dubai or forty pilgrims to Jeddah, you will deal with someone who has arranged it before.
